Dennis Davis:

| Dennis Davis is a multi-talented cinematographer, editor, composer, singer-songwriter. Currently, he’s the DP, editor and composer of the feature documentary “Women At War: Forgotten Female Veterans of Desert Storm,” which he’s co-producing with his wife/partner, Christie Davis. The film has won the 2006 Roy W. Dean LA Video grant. |
In addition, Dennis co-produced, shot, edited and composed the score for “Beyond Babylon” a documentary short currently screening at film festivals.
As a singer-songwriter, Dennis Davis has performed at clubs and events throughout Los Angeles and is currently producing “Seeking The Truth,” a CD of his music. His song “Regret to Inform” appears on the soundtrack of Barbara Trent’s documentary short “Soldiers Speak Out.”
As co-owner of Chris/Den Productions, with a wide-range of video clients, he’s filmed many award-winning theatrical productions including Julie Harris’s “Belle of Amherst.” He was the co-producer, DP, editor, and composer for “Friendly Fire,” a narrative short about a veteran with Gulf War illnesses. The music video, “Jesús,” which Dennis co-produced, co-wrote, shot, and performed in, won an AFI/SONY “Visions of America” video award.
